This withdrawal policy addresses consumers only. Under § 13 BGB a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession. Traders have no statutory right of withdrawal.
It concerns the paid subscription. The 14 days of the trial are not a contract for consideration: no payment method is stored and nothing is charged.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded. The contract is concluded when Gonzi Tech confirms the booking, at the latest when the service is enabled.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement, for instance a letter sent by post or an email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Address the statement to:

You may use the model withdrawal form printed below, which is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this reimbursement we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
If you requested that the acceptance and delivery of alerts begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until the time you informed us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared with the full coverage of the contract.
For a contract for the provision of services, the right of withdrawal expires under § 356(4) BGB once we have fully performed the service and only started performing it after you gave your express consent and at the same time acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon our complete performance of the contract.
For a running subscription this does not normally occur during the withdrawal period, because the service is provided across the entire term. Your right of withdrawal remains in place in that case.

Withdrawal is not the same as cancellation. You can cancel a subscription yourself at any time under billing. It then runs until the end of the period already paid for, and after that no more alerts are accepted.
